FAQs

Conventional Medicine vs. Natural Healing

All illnesses and diseases have an underlying root cause. Conventional Medicine works to reduce the symptoms, resulting in the patient feeling better, but not necessarily being healed.  Natural Healing occurs when the underlying root cause is addressed naturally.  GreenLIFE Natural Health and Healing Center focuses on addressing the actual cause(s) of health issues resulting in symptom reduction and relief furthering the goal of health and well-being.

Does insurance cover services offered by GreenLIFE Natural Health and Healing?

Standard insurance plans do not typically cover our natural healing services.  However, some FSAs (Flexible Savings Health Accounts) will cover some services.  Please refer to your specific FSA Plan details to see which services may be covered.

How much do your services cost?

Services costs are based totally on the time involved. We charge $75 per hour for any service(s) rendered. The initial consultation is usually about an hour. Charges are billed in 15 minute increments. If the total time is one hour and 10 minutes then the charge would be for 1.25 hours.

The initial phone call is free.  Please don’t hesitate to call us directly to find out more about how we can help you.  We can be reached directly at 814-333-1225.

How long will it take to feel better?

While each client has different circumstances, we often see some improvement after just 1 to 3 appointments.  Complete healing can vary significantly based upon the depths of their stress and the amount of time involved that the client has been under this stress.

What is expected from me for this to work?

As you work through our treatments, we will be able to uncover issues that may involve nutrition or lack thereof or habits that could be contributing factors to your lack of good health.  We may suggest ways for you to contribute to your wellness goal by making lifestyle changes such as eating or sleeping habits.  However, the ultimate decision is yours.  Our services will continue to move you closer to feeling better.  Your contributions could help increase the speed of your recovery.

Can I get off my prescription medicines?

Our goal is to get you to the point where your doctor would voluntarily take you off your medicines because he or she feels that you no longer need them.

We will never tell our clients to stop existing medical treatment or prescriptions.

Note:  Many clients have seen the results that they are seeking.  We strongly encourage open communication and questions.  This results in the best outcome possible.  YOU are the person in charge of your own health.  Whether you are dealing with us, another Natural Practitioner or your doctor, you have the right to do what works best for you.  If you are healing and are being advised to stop treatment or change your approach, question it.  Look for answers that make sense to you.
